How to Remove Saved Meeting IDs with Zoom

As a Zoom user, you may have encountered situations where you need to remove saved meeting IDs. In this article, we will walk you through the steps on how to do just that.

Zoom's breakout room feature allows hosts to broadcast their voice or messages to all participants in separate sessions. To enable this feature, follow these steps:

• Allow host to broadcast voice to breakout rooms: This feature requires Zoom version 5.12.0 or higher.

• Allow host to broadcast message to participants: This feature also requires Zoom version 5.12.0 or higher.

To assign participants to breakout rooms when scheduling a meeting, simply select the check boxes for the following options and click Save:

Additionally, you can also enable breakout rooms for all members of your organization by signing in to the Zoom web portal as an administrator with editing privileges. To do this:
